Sunburst Card

         I had wanted to try the sunburst technique for quite some time and when I saw the Challenge at Unstampabelles was " Sun with Gold" I jumped right in. Creating the sunburst was actually much more difficult than I had anticipated!             To balance the bright golden color of my metallic gold card stock I used a "Popcorn" paper [DCWV snack stack] in between!

 The golden peacock feather was cut using the  Spellbinders Jewel Fantasies die.

         Kept the card quite simple as I wanted to keep the focus on the sunburst and added a Sun sequin which I layered on a circle and a golden snowflake whose spokes looked just like the sun's rays!
