Mini Book

           I am on a stamping spree and made more stamped flowers and leaves!

 I used some of the gorgeous marbled papers my crafty friend Mary  had gifted me to make the  gold embossed leaves using stamps from the Winnie and Walter In Bloom Elsa's Flora set.

            To keep the flowers company, I added a glass domed butterfly handmade  following this tutorial : Glass Cabochon tutorial . 

           Added little islands of sparkling chunky  glitter and tiny pink hearts sequins at places for a bit of texturing and sparkle!

          This mini book was made by recycling a cardboard box , measures just 3.5 x 3.5 inches and has  16 pages you can write  on or add photos to and 7 pockets to hold tags and is similar to my mixed media mini book shared earlier.

         In this mini  I stamped Winnie and Walter leaves randomly on the inner pages .The tags were cut using Poppy Stamps dies from pink pearl card stock and inked for a splotchy look!
          And here is my mini book and matching card.

 A Crafters' Meet
        A small group of  crafty girls in my city try to meet up every now and then and last week 4 crafty friends came to my home[ 2 of them even brought along their kids]!

            In the honor of their visiting my home renovation I went on a huge craft room organization and revamping spree which lasted a whole week[ hehe yes I will share photos later!]. Our home renovation never looked cleaner and my hubby teased me that I should invite my crafty friends over more often!

          We spend a good 5 hours or so talking crafty stuff ...it was so rejuvenating !!
