Hi friends...so good to be back to blogging after a hiatus. My mind was in turmoil the last couple of days since my homeland Kerala was devastated by a series of floods and landslides due to unprecedented heavy rainfall.Thankfully things are settling down now. And I am so thankful that aid is pouring into Kerala not only from every nook and cranny of the country but from all over the world and we can start to rebuild.

During this particular natural disaster,while the rains battered the land mercilessly ,the ocean opened its arms to save the people . All the water from the flooded dams and rivers receded only when the oceans accepted the deluge . My project today is an altered desk organiser made as a tribute to our oceans and a prayer that we learn to take better care of mother nature and all it's bounties!
